Our first nominee for the express lane to the gallows

From FOX News:

RALEIGH, N.C. — A mother found her 4-year-old daughter decapitated in her home, and police issued an arrest warrant for the girl's father.

John Patrick Violette, 37, was last seen driving a Buick station wagon near his home Friday afternoon in Clayton, about 15 miles southeast of Raleigh, said Clayton Police Chief Glen Allen. Violette's wife, Amber Violette, called 911 that evening, saying she had found her daughter, Katlin, with her head severed from her body, he said.
ok, so we are gonna file this one under, "no need to keep them alive" I can only hope that this SOB isn't captured alive by the police... I really don't see any reason why my tax dollars should pay for this guys 20 year stay on death row. oh, wait, we aren't using death row right now cus it might be cruel and unusual punishment... screw that... I say hang the bastard. hanging, while it might be cruel, it definitely isn't unusual, and therefore doesn't meet the constitutional requirement of cruel and unusual.
